Institutional Refund Policy - Business Masters Enterprises, Inc.

Effective Date: February 26, 2026

This Institutional Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all programs, courses, and coaching services offered by Business Masters Enterprises, Inc. (doing business as Todd Masters FocalPoint Coaching), including but not limited to the AI Operations Accelerator and the 4-Week Operating Blueprint™ Sprint. This Policy is designed to comply with the standards set forth by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (NPEC) and the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) guidelines.

1. Right to Cancel / Cooling-Off Period

An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days of executing an enrollment agreement or making an initial payment is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the non-refundable Administrative Fee specified in Section 2.

2. Non-Refundable Administrative Fee

All enrollments are subject to a non-refundable Administrative and Registration Fee of $250.00. This fee covers the cost of account setup, initial consultation scheduling, and administrative processing. This fee is non-refundable once the three-day cooling-off period has expired or once program materials have been accessed.

3. Withdrawal and Refund Schedule (Programs Covered; Deadline; Pro-Rata)

This Policy applies to withdrawals from the AI Operations Accelerator and the 4-Week Operating Blueprint™ Sprint.

No refunds will be issued after the start of Week 2 of any program. For purposes of this Policy, a program “week” begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the calendar day the applicable program week is scheduled to begin under the published program schedule.

If a student or participant withdraws after the cooling-off period and before the start of Week 2, any refund will be calculated pro-rata based on the portion of the program remaining as of the date Business Masters Enterprises, Inc. receives the written Notice of Withdrawal, minus (i) the non-refundable Administrative Fee described in Section 2 and (ii) the non-refundable value of Digital Assets described in Section 5.

For the purposes of this calculation, "program duration" is defined by the syllabus or curriculum outline provided at the time of enrollment (e.g., a 4-week program consists of 28 calendar days).

4. AI Operations Accelerator Specific Provisions

Due to the nature of technology-based training, the following additional terms apply to the AI Operations Accelerator:

Third-Party Software/API Fees: Any fees paid for third-party software seats, API credits, or dedicated LLM instances that are provisioned specifically for the participant are non-refundable once activated.

Hardware/Tooling: If any physical hardware or specialized digital tools are provided as part of the enrollment, the cost of these items will be deducted from the refundable amount if they cannot be returned in original, unused condition.

5. Digital Assets and Intellectual Property (Freedom Framework™)

Participants receive immediate access to proprietary digital templates, the Freedom Framework™ IP, and various "Build a Better Business™" systems upon enrollment. The value of these Digital Assets is non-refundable.

Upon enrollment, the participant receives immediate access to proprietary digital templates and documents, and such access and/or delivery constitutes delivery of Digital Assets for purposes of this Policy. Any Digital Assets delivered or made accessible are non-refundable and will be deducted from any otherwise calculated pro-rata refund.

Access to the online member portal and proprietary libraries will be terminated immediately upon notice of withdrawal.

6. Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, the participant must submit a written Notice of Withdrawal via email to coaching support at the official company contact email address.

The date of withdrawal for refund purposes shall be the date the written notice is received.

All refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of determination of withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Rejection of Applicant

If an applicant is rejected for enrollment by Business Masters Enterprises, Inc., a full refund of all monies paid, including the Administrative Fee, will be issued.

8. Program Cancellation

If Business Masters Enterprises, Inc. cancels a program or course before it begins, a 100% refund of all monies paid will be issued to all enrolled participants. If a program is cancelled after it has commenced, a pro-rata refund will be issued based on the remaining portion of the curriculum.
